With 28 by Sam Wood, users receive a 28-minute workout and a customized meal plan with snacks every day. The program also offers the flexibility to "Swap," "Drop," or "Shop" for any items that do not suit personal preferences. To further simplify life, users receive a weekly personalized shopping list and access to progress tracking tools that can integrate with Apple Health. Additionally, as part of the 28 program, users have access to a team of esteemed professionals specializing in nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and motivation.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Downloading 28 by Sam Wood is free; however, accessing app features requires a 1-month or 3-month subscription. Upon subscription purchase, users gain immediate access to all content available through both the app and website. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment for renewal is charged to the user's iTunes Account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal via Settings &gt; App and iTunes Stores &gt; Apple ID &gt; View Apple ID. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription to the publication.
